Fujifilm has successfully launched its range finder-style Fujifilm GFX 50R medium format mirrorless camera. The mirrorless camera which comes with a G Format image sensor and 51.4 megapixel was launched in India at a price of Rs 3,69,999 for body only.
The FUJIFILM G Format image sensor is known to be 1.7 times the size of a full-frame 35mm image sensor. This comes after the launch of this camera at Photokina earlier. It features a Bluetooth compatibility, the first of its kind.
Additionally, two new XF lens for the X series was also launched along with this Along with the Fujifilm GFX 50R medium format mirrorless camera.
The Fujifilm GFX 50R medium format mirrorless camera maintains the normal feature of the Fujifilm’s GFX medium format mirrorless digital camera system. It is a compact and lightweight camera which offers higher image quality.
The GFX 50R is lighter than the GFX 50S, hence, it weighs145g less and is 25mm thinner. Other features of the GFX 50R medium format mirrorless camera are a contrast detection system autofocus system with 425 AF points. It has a native ISO range of 100, extended to 12,800 with full-HD video quality. It shoots up to 30fps.
The two new XF lens for the X series is now available. XF 8-16mm f/2.8 R LM WR lens is available for Rs 1,59,999. The XF 200mm f/2 OIS WR Lens is available at a price of Rs 4,79,999.
