There are many good and excellent cameras out there for u which are quite expensive and are not affordable. As a beginner or a professional, you don’t really need to break the bank for some of these classic cameras, there are lots of cameras you can get at a relatively cheaper option which still have much to offer.
Below is some cheaper option camera you can afford for yourself, they might not be up to standard, definitely they will have some limitations, but they are creative.
1. Nikon D3400:
Certainly, this is one of the best entry-level DSLR cameras. Suitable for use initially, or trying out your first DSLR camera. It is cheap and affordable, ranging from $450- $550. It is not really sophisticated and obviously not the best camera around, recommended for beginners.
Its specifications include the 24.2APS-C CMOS sensor, which guarantees great image rich in detail, a 3-inch screen with 921,000 while also having an optical viewfinder, a continuous shooting range of 5fps and movies of 1080p.
Like other cameras, it has a useful guide, it comes with much accessories like the many lenses, a long-lasting battery life. As a beginner in photography, with no much money, you can go for Nikon D3400.
2. Sony Cyber-shot RX100:
This is a compact camera, one of Sony’s latest camera in the RX series. A cheap option camera offered between $600-$ 750.
It certainly does not carry most of the latest innovations and features of Sony latest cameras, but at that price, it has some impressive features like the 20.2MP, 1-inch sensor, a 3-inch screen with 1,229k dots. Its lens is 28-100mm, it does not have a viewfinder, and has continuous shooting rate of 2.5fps. RX100 is not bad considering the price range.
3. Panasonic Lumix ZS50:
Next on our list is the Panasonic Lumix ZS50, a great compact camera sometimes called the LumixTZ70. One major impressive feature of this camera is its wide zooming range. It’s certainly not the best Panasonic camera but is recommended for beginners.Has a price range of $300-$330 and is pocket fitted.
Features include the 12.1MP sensor,24-720mm lens. Also, it has a 3.0-inch monitor with 1,040k dots, has an electronic viewfinder and 10fps shooting range. The30x zoom range and the wifi connectivity are additional features it comes with.
4. Nikon D5300:
Next is the Nikon D5300, not really different from the Nikon D3400 mentioned above. Certainly, it has some better grades like the D5500 and D5600, but $520-540, it is relatively OK.
It has a 24.2MP sensor and has an ISO sensitivity similar to D5500. It comes with an inbuilt GPS and a high resistance sensor. Also, a good battery level, 3.2-inch screen, 1037k dots, optical viewfinder and 5fps is relatively ok. Recommended for beginners.
5. Canon EOS Rebel T6/EOS 1300D:
One of Canon’s most affordable cheap camera, while it is good for a beginner it is certainly not the best around. It is easy to use and is compact in size.
Features include an 18MPAPS-C CMOS sensor, it has a Canon EF-S lens and comes with an optical viewfinder.
The screen is 3-inch, 920k, movies, 1080p, 3fps. It has a slow autofocus. If you are looking for a cheap compact DSLR with $300-$500 price range, this camera is a perfect sample.
6. Sony Alpha A7R:
This has a36MP full frame sensor and is a mirrorless camera. It has other newer versions like the (1Alpha A7R11) which has a 42MP full frame sensor. Its price range from E1700 is not that expensive.
Features include 36.4MP CMOS sensor, a Sony E lens mount, the screen is 3-inch, 1230k dots. It has an electronic viewfinder and a continuous shooting rate of 4fps.
7. Sony Alpha A5000:
This is also a mirrorless camera that is compact and recommended for beginners. It ranges from E360- E450. Additional features it comes with is the wifi connection.
Features include a sensor 20.1MP CMOS, the lens has a Sony E-mount also a 3-inch screen and while it has no viewfinder, it has a 3.5fps.
8. Canon Powershot SX710 HS:
Has one special feature, a small mode dial usually at the bae, which allows you to interchange exposure modes, another is the 30x incredible zooming range which covers a range of focal lengths.
It has no touchscreen but has a WiFi connection. It is not a bad camera considering the price ($300-$350)
Features are a 20.3MP resolution, 25-70mm lens and 6fps continues shooting rate plus a 3 -inch screen with 922k dots.
Sony Cyber-shot WX220:
A pocket size camera, that is compact and has a 10x zooming range. The lens is 25-250mm.
It is relatively cheap at $200-$300 price. Additional features include the WiFi connection, a 2.7-inch screen with 460k dots, 18.2MP resolution. It is recommended for beginners.
