a. Turn On The LED Bulb
First, check the control switch on the wall to see if the ball has received power. Make sure the bulb is on. If after turning on the control switch, the bulb still won’t respond, follow the other tips below to solve the issue.
b. Check The Wireless Signal
Most times, when there is an issue with a Smart bulb the wireless internet is usually the culprit. The first step is to check the wi-fi signal strength on your smart plug.
